Pros

Great employee benefits. Great pay. Great employee functions. Awesome community outreach. Over all a great place to work. For the most part there is always someone available to talk to and mentor you. Great employer for someone with family. They always go out of their way to help in any situation and make sure the employees have a well rounded life, work, family time. Etc

Cons

Disconnect between management and employees as well from corporate office. Some managers pick favorites and it shows.

Pros

GCI services benefits were nice, and the ability to work flexible hours. The engineers were all very strong in their expertise.

Cons

Disjoint groups and lack of enthusiasm/appreciation from upper management. Unorganized behemoth of services to support, and no support from management to take the time to simplify/optimize.
