Great people, very little management overhead and oversight. Most of the people are self-starters who don't need to be told what to do.

Acquisition by a major defense contractor is slowly but surely eroding the high-end, boutique nature of the company. When bidding on new work, it now is a "race to the bottom" with respect to rates
