Extremely disappointing experience. Employees are not compensated what they should be; they pay extremely low wages for industry standards. Management is made up of people who have been there for years, do not hold much experience to do what needs done, and does not give credit where credit is due - very poor direction that fosters a culture of mistrust and fear. A lot of major issues are swept under the rug from upper management. Business that's brought in is not innovative and leaders lack vision to drive teams. Major disconnect between management and employees; extreme lack of communication, openness, and honesty.
