-Great culture with a young and fun environment -Growth potential within the company. You can move up pretty quickly here. -Great sales and recruiting team who pay attention to detail and communicate clearly -Very understanding and supportive management team. They want to see you succeed!

Cons

-The corporate office is very cold. Some like it but, I freeze :)

Pros

-Flexible vacation times. -They'll work with you if you need to work at home. -Since most people won't in IT for the low wages they offer, they almost never fire anybody.

Cons

-Starting pay is pitiful -No additional pay for training on multiple clients, and no chance for a raise beyond the yearly 1-3% while on the Service Desk. -Very high call volume. -Due to low pay and high workload, many agents will leave, often causing a severe lack of helpdesk bodies to handle traffic. -One or two clients seek to employ GDC help desk analysts. If you do not work for these clients you cannot advance in the Service Desk and many other avenues of advancement are closed off. -Annoying recruiters. -Supervisors get angry when making any attempt to improve quality of life for Service Desk agents.

Good customers from clients. Will approve PTO at any given time. Will reimburse for Certification.

Cons

Little to no training. Throws you under the bus, and you will end up feeling guilty. Low salary and high workload. Will not give you any chance to prove your innocence.
