There’s a reason there is ALWAYS high turnover

When I started there was I decent week long training and orientation.

Cons

Poverty wages. Fast food places pay more per hour than what this company pays its service desk staff. All levels of management know this and choose to do nothing about it. They invest more into their recruitment team because of the clear high turn over at this company. This is not a company I ever felt I had a future with.
