Company offers low pay wage.

Helpdesk positions consider Level 1 to Level 2 lateral movement with no pay increase. A lot of "promotions" had little to no pay increase. Yearly pay increase was minimal. Company started hiring newer people at higher rates than employees that have been there for a long time. Bosses that seemed to do microaggressions and sexist comments. Tried to tell people not to tell each other the amount they were making so they could rip off employees which is illegal. High turnover that they didn't want to seem to retain employees that actually had experience and they hire many that don't have any experience at all. Spent money before Covid on extravagant parties for employees. None of that money went to employees when covid hit. Benefits are terrible as well especially the health insurance. If you expect to move up here as a career and actually be getting pay increases worth anything look elsewhere.
