Got a contract to hire Application Developer role through GDC, and had a really great experience working with my recruiter. She helped me through the interview process and negotiated a substantial raise for me to take my new role. She took calls with me after hours and was very patient with the 1000 questions I had going through the whole process. I had been with the same company for almost 5 years so I wasn't feeling confident about how much I should be looking for at my next job, and GDC was really easy to work with. It's not always this great working with recruiters, so I wanted to call this out. - Medical Benefits and PTO accrual start on the first day, which was really helpful. Decent overall benefits package for full-time contract employees.

I absolutely love working here! Being on a close-knit team and surrounded by hard-working and encouraging employees makes it an excellent place to spend each day. Busy and rapidly-growing, but not a high-stress environment. GDC is a well-balanced company that focuses on quality. There are also fun activities to be involved in (for holidays and more).
