Pros

I absolutely love working here! Being on a close-knit team and surrounded by hard-working and encouraging employees makes it an excellent place to spend each day. Busy and rapidly-growing, but not a high-stress environment. GDC is a well-balanced company that focuses on quality. There are also fun activities to be involved in (for holidays and more).

Cons

GDC wants individuals who will contribute to the company. Not ideal for someone who wants to come to work and disappear behind a desk to do minimal work just to get through to payday.

Pros

There is room for growth within the company. All of the different departments really work well together.

Cons

PTO is par for the industry. However, the managers are lenient with flex time due to appointments, emergencies, etc. so it probably evens out in the end.
