They will hire almost anyone and will do it quickly.

Cons

They bite off more than they can chew and do not allocate enough resources to projects. It winds up with a small number of employees working extra hard instead of spreading the workload. Also, salary for Helpdesk was below the regional average. At the time of writing they were offering 11.50 an hour.

The people are nice. If you're a consultant, there is the opportunity to move around which means more opportunity to learn.

Cons

You will get laid off if there is no work. There is no real notice when a layoff occurs. Sometimes it is difficult to get a hold of someone if questions or problems.
