      Pros

      The number one pro is I no longer report to………. Have a good relationship with a lot of coworkers who I would consider friends. Built good relationships with some of the customers. Some still keep in contact with me to see how I’m doing. Not now, but a few years ago there were a lot of pros and I would have recommended GDC to any IT professional looking for a job and any business looking for support.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and nothing but negativity. I was foolish for thinking I was working for a company who valued me and thought of me as more than a number. Shame on me for putting job before family and missing a lot of “firsts” with my son. Called off sick zero times, came in early, stayed late, always took calls after hours and while on PTO. Not one customer complaint about me. All of it for nothing. They say they are a team and are employee centric. Don’t believe it like I did.
