Good environment for kids out of school.

Cons

Leadership does not communicate effectively if at all. High turnover of employees because of the high work load on a low-end pay scale w/ no performance initiatives. Definitely lacking a vision and standard from the top.

The coworkers were nice I guess

Cons

Everything. They are not honest people. Play favorites and your job isn't secure if you aren't a favorite. Don't honor contracts and will go back on agreements with the drop of a hat.
