Okay place to start your IT Career

Work from home Lots of technologies and tools to learn

Cons

Pay is downright awful They don't care about your career advancement, they just want you to output good metrics Management can be jerks, they basically just stare at the call queue and bark orders. They don't do anything to help They will put customers or users over their employees Extremely understaffed, expect to take 50+ calls a day as the call queue is always bloated.
