Can't really think of any pros for this company.

Cons

You are replaceable. They won't help you and only care for the client. They'll steal your PTO if you don't quit before the end of the year. This is not unique to GCD, but the whole "staffing industry." It's crooked. I wouldn't mind if they paid me more money--but, it took me over two months to even get a few cents added to my yearly.
