On the outside GDCC tries to persuade themselves as a carrier opportunity for everyone anywhere, flexible and with good pay. They promise good counseling and an opportunity to grow in the company. The work is monotone to say the least. GDCC sets completely unachievable goals for their projects, which quotas they constantly pressure teams to fulfill. Again these quotas are impossible to meet. They are probably set that high to have a valid reason not to make you pass the probation period. The probation period is set to 4 weeks from first day of work, I was personally contacted by an employee only after 3 weeks worth of work just to be told I dont meet the astronomically high quotas for the project. I asked the employee about how many others failed which he responded to with most of the batch. Well if you set the quota bar to humanly impossible levels then dont expect people to pass the probation period, but I guess this is their business plan. It is easier to constantly get a new batch of people to work a lot of hours on their "probation period" because they want to shine, and show their motivation as a new employee, than having people pass and continue working with the knowledge of how the company is ran... Forget about a stable empleyment here, even if you somehow make it past the probation period, they will eventually kick you out whenever you fall a bit behind.
To them it is not about people and building a relation with the employee, it is about quick and cheap labor, kick out, and next batch..
If you are looking for a quick way of making a little buck from home for about a month go for it. But if you are after a good relation with the company employing you, and wanty to feel safe that you aren't going to loose your job day to day then STAY AWAY
