Pros

You're on call, you can see when/where they want you a couple of hours beforehand. Most Supervisors are really sweet, fair people. Bonus break coupons awarded by the appointed Supervisor that day/night. A well-respected, truly Global Company offering several different roles to grow into. (Not just the Western Hemisphere and the Phillipines)

Cons

Get a really bad list of phone numbers that don't render results within 2 hours, and you're dismissed from that shift. (your pay is affected.) Oodles of charts and very small lettering (thank God for the colorful highlights) on every email. Ghost Work: chat platform is ONLY you and the Supervisor + Operational Supervisor - you can't send messages to your other "teammates". Misleading scheduling: when hired you are told to set a schedule for the first 30 days and not to deviate from it, that you can make changes after 30 days. After 30 days you are told that you CAN'T change your basic set schedule for the upcoming month, only "request certain days." High turnover of employees due to these factors, and low pay.

Pros

If you need a job that allows you to work evenings and weekends to fit with your schedule, then this is great. I was a college student the entire time I was there and was able to make it work with my schedule. I also advanced very quickly but this is not necessarily the norm.

Cons

Management cares more about the bottom line of completed surveys than the actual happiness of employees, and as a result are very strict about breaks, talking, lateness, etc. There were days where people would be cut due to there not being enough work. Working the phones can be monotonous and boring and is certainly not for everyone; if you can't sit still/do repetitive tasks you may struggle

Pros

Make your on schedule & that’s it. The rest are cons

Cons

The pay is terrible, you can’t live off $10 an hour. The managers are unrealistic they want you to do survey each hour, even when you try or they send you home. They stress of the work is not worth the pay
