Pros

flexible hours easy transport there on time lunch breaks and closing hours

Cons

there was a threshold of calls per hour needed to get despite customers choosing not to go further with this call boring in the office for long period of time

- flexible hours - online portal system -helpful team leaders -international environment -free tea and coffee

Cons

-you're disposable -VERY noisy office (you wouldn't be able to hear the people you are calling ) - no stability (zero hour contract) -short projects, sometimes you would be able to work for a few weeks technical issues every week -dirty toilets -the work is kinda monotonous - automatic dialer therefore no time between calls - extreme surveillance of work hours and breaks -no room for improvement, dead-end job -incorrect salary compensations, check your payslips
