Not enough training. Received approximately 6 hours of training one day. The next day got 1-hour training and then told to go dial. Never told a time when would be done. Kicked us out of the zoom meeting room without any help. The should have set up seperate zoom meeting rooms for each new employee to go into and then kept checking on us. First day I didn't get to dial due to having issues, with nobody to help. I do not recommend working for them. They never told us what exactly we would do until training. Calling people and asking them to do surveys. They require you to do whatever you can to get the person to do the survey.
