      Pros

      - international company environment - salary (basic), usually was on time.

      Cons

      - every day job, maybe for few languages group (you are obligate send planning for whole next week). - they employ a lot new people for few days, weeks and fire them when project is finished - cancelation shifts, - not stabile work, - NO CONTRACT!!!! (however company calls that), - no respect to others , - you are doing sometimes everything (not only calling),
