      Pros

      They were quite neat and treated employees really well. The salary was OK for a student which I was at that time.

      Cons

      But I would do it as a career due to the career growth limitations. And their rating of our performance was not very nice, they calculated our productivity based on numbers alone and didn't try to look into specific problems.

      Make a lot of new friends. No need to have special skills.

      I consider the salary very low. A bit tiring to keep talking for many hours.

      - Good job if struggling to get an English speaking job in the Netherlands

      Cons

      Unrealistically high expectations to get more people to participate in the interviews You get fired easily in the first weeks of training for minor mistakes which you weren't taught about during training Outdated training booklets given, while the software was different
