GE Avaition give lot of freedom to work independently without Interference .

Cons

GE Aviation Management unlike GE Oil and Gas has a capitalist mentality tio the fact that they recruted from GE Oil & gas with a assurance that there were projects in pipeline and my career will not be effected. The old Manager moved on to other assignment within GE Aviation . After completion of the Project , my position was closed as the new projects did not happen. My colleques in Oil and Gas with Italian Management are still within the Team . No one lost Job even though the performance were bad . Aviation inspite of being in very good profit , resorted to closure of positions .
