      Pros

      - very nice people there, most of them very dedicated employees, true experts & professionals - opportunity to grow, but definitely not for everyone - nice benefits package, possibility to get some good trainings

      Cons

      - location - incompetent management&HR - for employees a lot of processes are not transparent, they do not trust management and then feel insecure - brainwashing safety policies
