      Good projects inline with Aviation industry. Good visibility to business and senior management

      Due to export control, many critical projects are not allowed for outsiders to USA

      Great guidance, plenty of other interns that gave a large friend group, interesting work to be around, plenty of responsibility and possibilities to make a difference and lead projects, staff work great!

      Some futile exercises were done, upper management interfering with progress and giving more useless work at times

      Pros

      Working culture is awesome as they practice the beat work ethics as possible in the aviation industry. We are also the biggest jet engine manufacturers on the world.

      Cons

      Working hours can be rather long but which company multinational company employee doesn't right? But since you're already in the leader company in terms of aviation. Just go for it. WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG BESIDE DYING OF EXHAUSTION
