None as far I can tell this division of Ge Has no future, stocks are at the bottom.

Cons

Bad management, no goals, no future in the industry , outdated quality and manufacturing methods, no real goal, profit ahead of quality, which is on the floor, they need a 1 hour meeting to decide if they want to work , bad place to be if you are contract labour, you will be treated like a third class citizen , first strike and you are out, most employees are remnants of a Reagan bygone era where the Russians were the bad guys.

If you are a mid-level career employee who is joining GE after other jobs, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. You could be the CEO of PWC and would struggle to get a promotion to audit. The entire company is built on hyper-politics - brown-nosing the right people, back-stabbing others, and always, ALWAYS worrying about your network and your next position. People stay in roles for around 2 years apiece, so if you're wondering why GE is in the position it is, consider that. 2 years per role, and you never build subject-matter experts, depth-in-role, or stability. But hey - it's all worth it if you get that coveted corner office, right? Speaking of, Evendale is a dump. Open office workspace, so everyone is always sick. The vents are filthy and always spewing dust and dead bugs. There's roaches everywhere.
