      Lots of challenges every day.

      Cons

      Benefits are okay; unlimited PTO is not real and causes friction. Go back to XX days of vacation based on years of service.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to see different parts of the country and different types of manufacturing settings. Good opportunity compared to others coming straight out of college. Can make the most (or least) of different rotations offered

      Cons

      Little to no say on type/quality of rotations. Ratings and reviews and opportunities extremely dependent on assignment leaders. No stock or equity granted (compared to other newer companies). Extremely cash crunched right now so little to no willingness to spend money even on process improvements

      Ability to relocate to one of many locations if you are willing to Countless networking opportunities Ability to learn from long textured professionals

      Cons

      Expectation that if you don’t have family you work endless hours for free Young professionals and good talent are not enticed to stay and company does not feel the need to retain Middle of the road salary mentality, many companies pay better
