      Oh the potential, but a good place to lay low

      Pros

      Great people for the most part and, if you can get past the bureaucracy, it's pretty enjoyable. Solid work and good experience. Excellent opportunity to connect with customers and put your stamp on things.

      Cons

      If you can't let things go (decisions, change, etc.) then you will be miserable here. Thick skin is required

      Pros

      The pay is decent and benefits are average. Relocation benefits are very good. Career opportunities are abundant within the company. Other than that, not much else to say that's good.

      Cons

      The forced ranking system often leads to co-workers withholding information so that they are ranked higher than their peers. As such, a new employee can expect very little help from others and prepare for an intense learning curve. Work/life balance is terrible.
