Pros
Working at G.E. was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was more laid back than I had imagined yet employees continued to act professionally in all aspects. They encourage learning and questioning processes.....not something I have experienced with many other employers. From the salaried employee to the hourly, everyone was treated like an adult with very little micromanaging.....which I feel promotes employees to do their best and work harder.
Cons
As a contract employee the only con was not working directly for G.E.
