      Great Company who actually cares

      Pros

      Good salary, 7% 401k, insurance, etc. Remote work is embraced, and the company offers room for advancement. If you do your job well, they treat you well. If you run into an issue, someone in another business has likely seen that too, and can offer help. There are so many smart people working at GE.

      Cons

      Leadership program graduates get preference, stock price is faltering, who knows who will be the CEO in the future. Businesses getting sold can lead to turmoil.

      Good hours, good benefits Plenty of resources available to enable getting the job done

      Cons

      Shut down business units, or sold them off Closed down our site, and did not offer all employees the option to move with them

      Pros

      Flexible Work Schedule, unlimited time off, on-site gym. brand new office building.

      Cons

      Poisonous Culture. Management continues to change priorities and plays employees off each other. Unclear goals, causing long hours and a stressful environment. of spinning your wheels. Also, my title was a misnomer. There was no Analytical work, only accounts payable work.
