Pros

The CEO seems to be aware of the problems in the company and is addressing them as he is able. The work life balance is also pretty healthy.

Cons

Uncertain future. Every other day the CEO announces a new change. Benefits are constantly being rolled back and layoffs are frequent. As a result, morale is pretty low.
