Great company and group and the Milton Keynes team were a great bunch to work with.

Cons

The 'worldwide restructure' knocked the motivation out of so many staff it was unbelievable, you went from a member of staff to a number in a box.

Potential company for growth with good products. Good location.

Cons

HR support only meant for top management and foreigners. No interest in grooming local. Minimum communications (everything is top down via email).
