Pros

Adequate wages, global presence, huge market presence in food processing.

Cons

Management all recently centralized in Germany. Benefits are cut to benefit the quarterly financial statements, poor communication internally, almost impossible to get anything accomplished -- terrible teamwork.

We have to balance that input as it relates to the long-term objectives of the Company, as well as, how it relates to our fellow colleagues. Too many changes has ruined a good company

Was stable before reorganizing

Cons

Going in wrong direction. Can't even effectively pay their bills. Not because of money, because of outsourcing to Asia.
