Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We are happy that you are having a good experience working at GEA and appreciate your feedback on how to make your experience more valuable. As such, we are working on ways to improve our training process. For instance, for new hires, we have recently implemented ‘first day administrators’ at each site to help with the on-boarding and training of employees. Thank you again for the review. Pros

They seemed to be attempting to pull things together.

Cons

They were very unorganized. They were trying to restructure and downsize at the time I was there. I don't know how it turned out.

Thank you for taking the time to write the review. As you stated, we have been going through a large restructure. The restructured requires merging many legacy practices, systems, and procedures together. Many companies have taken similar steps and while we want to see immediate results, it takes time to implement and adjust. We are committed to the restructure and the positive changes it brings to the organization. In the longer term, we will be better for the steps we are making today. Thank you again for the feedback – your feedback will help GEA grow. Good luck in your future endeavors. Demile Robinson Gilmore Vice President, Human Resources North America and Latin America

Thank you for the feedback, we are glad you had a positive experience working at GEA. As you know, GEA has many product lines and functions – it is unfortunate that you were not able to find an area that challenged your interests more. At GEA, we are always trying to create new and exciting opportunities for employees within the company and consider your feedback an indication of where we need to focus and improve. Perhaps you will consider other areas within GEA for future employment opportunities. Demile Robinson Gilmore Vice President, Human Resources North America and Latin America
