      Can't think of any real benefits.

      Cons

      The company is owned and run by the Germans and they aren't interested in hearing from "the Americans" about our ideas, needs or wants. They think the whole world is just like Germany and their priorities are on themselves. Low to average salary and zero appreciation.

      The People here are great. The Benefits are good and pay is Just Okay. Work life balance is ok

      Cons

      Management really needs to get their heads out of the sand. If they would make it more about the employees and not about their pocket books this company would be perfect
