      Pros

      Laughing at how bad their accounting department is run. In 2 years they had 5 different people as head of account. No one go promoted they all left.

      Cons

      Will not offer any help for remote workers. Dont have basic processes down to purchase or train anyone.

      Excellent mix of customers in many essential industries. Interesting work. Opportunities to slide into other groups.

      Cons

      Overhead functions such as finance, supply chain, HR, etc are bloated and disorganized which makes executing projects more challenging.
