We are an employee-owned company with ownership opportunities available to regular part and full-time employees after just 90 days of employment. In addition to employee ownership, we offer a comprehensive and highly competitive Total Rewards package to our employees to reward and support the advancement of high performers, as you mentioned.
We agree that we could improve our transition (i.e. succession) planning and have it on our list of executive level projects we’re focused on for 2023. We want more opportunities for entry level and emerging staff to get involved earlier in their careers.
