Good insurance, nice office, good training. Diversity is valued.

Cons

Frenetic pace. Micromanaged. Supervisors spread too thin, so they can't properly manage/develop their teams. What used to be bonus level performance is now the expectation just to keep your job. Culture used to be supportive and fun. Now it's bleak.
