Great pay, and upward mobility is a plus. They truly invest in your development. There's room to grow and they provide amazing support in training for leadership roles.

Cons

The management model can be stressful since it's metric based. It's a call center environment. Numbers are king. If you're a people centered person it can make you feel drained.
