Benefits are decent and the company offers hybrid options.

Cons

When the company hired a new CFO, the company culture completely transformed to a work environment where employees are disposable, replaceable and tenure, past performance, or your contributions no longer mean anything. The pay is favorable but it is a gecko eat gecko world and the agents easily burn out from the stress and high demands. There is no room to falter and zero understanding or compassion shown.
