Pros
Benefits are great, Pay is really good, and other employees are really nice.
Cons
When starting with the company it was all about the employee. the managers would say we're here for you, we have bonuses, we have incentives to work for, we have weekly meetings to couch you to work on goals so you can improve. We at least once a month had some type of event going on and it was a really great supportive structure to help people grow. After about a year things started to go down hill. they took away the incentives, they removed the bonuses, the weekly meeting became more about getting written up instead of couching. Then at the end of 2023 they merged the claims department with the towing department and gave everyone double the responsibility with no extra pay and expected us to keep up with our prior work and our new work and still meet metrics. At the same time they had a mass lay off and let 2800 people go with no notice. We received an email in the morning that stated our manager would let us know if we were one of the people getting let go and around noon the manager reached out and just told me to pack up my stuff and go home.
