      Refusal to pay for proper tooling Refusal to do things right No coordination between various aspects of engineer Security organization is out of control Encouraging practices that lead to tight coupling, high-touch manual processes, and fragility CTO is openly derisive of employees and labor in general CTO is on the Jack Welch plan: slash costs by making everything worse and then leave before the problems caused catch up to them.

      pay is ok. used to be better.

      Cons

      less raises. less options for promotions. if you get promoted you get more work with the same pay. doesn’t put their employees first ever. constantly go back on their word and remove benefits from employees (less/no raises, worse healthcare benefits that cost more, no profit sharing, promised wfh then removed wfh, etc) . no job security they will fire you whenever for whatever. this company has made me suicidal i do not recommend working here if you care about your mental health. this company became unbearable after todd combs took over. they’re shady and unreliable.
