      Decent benefits but that's it.

      Micromanaged, overworked and continually told how terrible you are (even if you are meeting their core metrics goals).

      Can't think of one unfortunately.

      Cons

      Treated like you are in prison. Every second must be productive or you are in trouble. Sign out for bathroom breaks. The job you interview and train for are not the job you do on floor. Constant monitoring. Very oppressive atmosphere. Ridiculous metrics system to grade your performance, which determines your pay. Low pay for the amount of work you are expected to do.

      Beware of the company if you are joining as a developer. They don't tell you about an exam that you need to take after you join and if you dont pass it they fire you.So don't leave your job and come to take it. It is one of the screw up companies that don't pay much but micromanages everything. They run it like a call center . The management is some times clueless.I would suggest you to consider this job if you have no other opportunities.
