Almost none. Alright pay and good people at supervisor position and below.

Cons

Higher ups are clueless and constantly change goals and procedures. Took away profit sharing, lied about work from home opportunities, now laying off thousands of employees. Stay far far away from this company.

Pros

Training is very easy to pass and they spend a lot of time making sure you are well equipped to pass the licensing test.

Cons

Once you’re out of training you are expected to do everything just like everyone else. The have managers there that will micromanage you and if your not doing it how they want you will put into a coaching session and chewed out.
