Pros

Hybrid - work from home 3 days a week and two days in office, kind supervisors, clean and safe work environment, constant education, lots of GEICO spirit (little events for example trunk or treat, holiday parties, escape rooms, full benefits (health, dental, vision, life insurance etc), we get vacation time, care time, floating holidays, sick time, they are willing to work with you.

Cons

Very high stress job, constantly being compared to your coworkers, we are rated on a metric system, very competitive to stay relevant and high in numbers, lots of pressure put on you to be the best, constantly looking at a screen (headaches), call center environment, 45 minute lunches, only get 30 mins a day for break (which we have to use that break time for restroom), they micromanage you, very hard to move up in company, no more profit sharing
