Lowest paid insurance company Mgmt lies - tells employees one thing and the next month says something totally different Took away yearly bonus Decreased employee pay scale (although cost of living has sky rocketed) Try to job scare everyone in order to make you work harder Unrealistic objectives No updates on company changes as a whole

Everything is double talk here. They say one thing, do another. Have ZERO communications, treat employees like trash, boast about training that you never receive. They find reasons not to give raises or allow employees to move to different departments. Supervisors care about their numbers only, but say they support you.
