Great way into the industry

Pros

The training is very thorough and if you can handle the workload in the claims department you should be more than able to handle the workload at other companies

Cons

Can be very micromanaged depending on your direct manager and/or supervisor. The caseload runs very heavy depending on the state you are assigned to handle.
