Pros

They lure you with the pay and that is it. Profit sharing no longer exists.

Cons

Training is just abusive. You are completely misled about the hours (on your own time & unpaid) that are needed to pass the licensing test. They have promoted very immature trainers and managers. The favoritism was completely shocking. Managers don't seem to have any experience, and all Supervisors are brand new. There is little to no maturity or management staff that has been trained in dealing with others, etc. Unprofessional comments that were made to me were super cringy. This place is bad for your mental health. I wish I had gone over my Managers head to his boss.
