Absolutely nothing positive to say.

Cons

The company is run by a bunch of lying two faced scum. They will give you 10x the work that any human can ever complete and won't pay for overtime. They are the lowest creatures on this earth.

Pros

The job is relatively low brain function as long as you follow the processes. Just don't get too excited to work legitimate fraud cases. Benefits are decent, position is stable, work is not hard, and profit sharing (if awarded) is nice

Cons

The workload is unbearable especially when compared regionally within the company and to other companies separately. The job is much lower paying than other companies which is probably why people leave for other places as opposed to come from other companies. There are ever-changing guidelines and metrics that rarely align. Upper management lacks much-needed understanding of the job functions of subordinates, usually because they are not promoted from comparable job titles. There is little time afforded for self growth or training or to spend time delving into issues, as such you are kept so busy so as to not expose the redundant issues or truly provide examples. And if you ever think you're gaining traction, a new process will be implemented to completely sidetrack you

Pros

pay is decent good benefits 45 minute lunch coworkers are nice some of the leads/supervisors/managers are really nice and easy to work with

Cons

severely micromanaged lack of adequate training you better be perfect or you may as well quit expect to be abused by customers all day every day breaks don't seem long enough and if you go even seconds over, you will get in trouble no Spanish line so you have to try your best to help and usually get scored low by GEICO due to miscommunications/misunderstandings despite the company refusing to adhere to the large percentage of their customers first language being spanish
