They will force you to work on holidays, or write you up for being a no show as an "unplanned absence." Remote technology is a joke. No respect for their employees or their customers. Constantly promoting outside hires to upper management positions, instead of promotion from within, which means that supervisors often have less knowledge than their subordinates. Management track means that you have a new sup every 6 months, so there is a total lack of cohesion/ hard to develop strong relationships with your team before you have to start all over again. The workload was insane before the pandemic, and now its 10 times worse. Morale is horrible and most people i know would quit if they had a better offer.
