There is too much micromanagement. The environment is cliquey. Supervisors and managers aren't always that helpful. There is a lot of pressure and if they don't think you are performing up to their unrealistic standards they treat you different from everyone else. There is an air of unprofessionalism in the behavior of management and supervisors. There is also an air of immaturity. Their metrics are unrealistic. There is no sense of "full disclosure". They tell you one thing about the job when you are in the interview and once you begin the job they add in things that should have been disclosed. They pit teammates against each other. A sense of working together and a team spirit is missing. Not a healthy work environment.
