Pros

Great Teammates, Paid Training, health/vision/401k are pretty good, paid time off is alright for an entry level job

Cons

Questionable senior leadership, layoffs, unstable and dysfunctional environment, no work-life balance. Don’t believe all the supposed 5-star reviews. If you’re applying to work in an office, ask around the community and chances are you’ll find someone who works or used to work for Geico Ask them directly about their experience. If you’re not able to speak to a real current or former employee, do yourself a favor and search for Geico on Reddit.

Pros

Decent pay and good benefits available.

Cons

I started in this company and was super impressed. Now there is disarray and poor management that comes from the very top down. They are cutting employee benefits down some though which is unfortunate.
