Some nice coworkers, profit sharing

Cons

Overworked, micro-managed, toxic environment, you are held accountable for things out of your control, the metrics encourage people to work extra time without claiming it which they take full advantage of, the company does NOT care about its employees at all. Super unhealthy, lots of employees suffering from anxiety & depression.

Job security and profit sharing (although not always guaranteed)

Cons

You are not an individual here. They do not care about their employees well being or mental health. They say they want employees to give their opinion and be apart of changes and improvement but when employees actually make those comments, geico does the opposite and takes your constructive critique as being against the company. The managers are not ethical.
